This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or worn clothing

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Accessories or undergarments

  • Custom or made-to-order products

Please carefully review the product details before making a purchase.


3. Return Process

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery via:

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Pictures of the item (if damaged or defective)

  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
    Please make sure to return the product in its original packaging via courier service.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item received is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds (if applicable)

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer or mobile wallet (e.g., Easypaisa/JazzCash).

Refunds will only be processed for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, wrong size selection, or color preference.


5. Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange if:

  • The size doesn’t fit (subject to availability).

  • The product is damaged or incorrect.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in checking each item before dispatch. However, in rare cases, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures and order details.

  • We will arrange a replacement or process a refund after verification.
